What is The Aster4 Exchange Policy for T-Shirts?

Products purchased from Aster4.com must be returned to the registered address within 5 days of delivery.

Incorrect Size: If the item delivered is not the correct size as ordered, Aster4.com will take responsibility for the return and replacement of the product.

Fit Issues: If the product is the correct size but does not fit the customer as expected, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

(Cash on Delivery handling charges and international shipping charges are non-refundable).

Our policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The exchange will be made, free of cost only if there is an issue with the design or the product is damaged Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery.

What products cannot be returned as per The Aster4 Return Policy?
Mobile Covers, Posters, Coffee Mugs, Beer Mugs, Shot Glasses and Fridge Magnets are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns for these products.

In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at support@aster4.com and we’ll help you out.

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 11:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.

If you want to cancel your order, please send us a mail at support@aster4.com latest by 12:00 PM and we will guide you through the process.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
