Return & Exchange Policy

What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?

• All products purchased from aster4.com are applicable for Return/Exchange.
• Customers can Return/Exchange their order within 7days of the order delivery.
• In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
• If you have received a defective product, send us images at aster4india@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +919595917555 and we will get back to you.
• Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range and you can apply for exchange only once. For 2nd Exchange order we charge rs.100/-.
• Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable
• All Return/Exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• To schedule an exchange/return please mail us at aster4india@gmail.com with your order details.
• Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details.
• The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
• While exchanging the Products which are purchased, In case the Product requested for exchange are not available in stock the amount will be refunded to original payment method.
